About Lisa

Lisa has practiced in the area of property insurance law for 19 years.

She has spent approximately half of her professional career at a large firm representing insurance companies, therefore providing her with thorough insight into how claims are handled by the insurance companies and what it takes to get them resolved.

Currently, Lisa represents policy holders exclusively, from residential homeowners, commercial business owners, to condominium associations.

Her practice ranges from the post-loss claims process through litigation and trial. The objective is to obtain for the policy holder what is due and owing under the insurance policy, as efficiently as possible.

Lisa has been instrumental through the years in obtaining extremely successful results through mediation, for both the insurance companies and for policy holders, as well as general commercial clients and individuals.

Successful mediation results occur by exercising zealous litigation practices in order to establish the insurance carrier's or opponent's exposure at trial.

Lisa has exceptional communication skills which translate to a commanding presence in the court room, as well as an excellent rapport with clients. Good communication is the key to success.
